General Rules

Age Requirements
Due to the topics that plumiix often uses/covers, the age requirement is 16+. exceptions are allowed to be made, but must be discussed with staff. of which you will get a special role and listing of allowed to be in plumiix.​

Aertox is an open world/species, meaning you can design and oc for it whenever wanted!

Canon Character Rules

Canon character master list

  • All canon character are documented on the master list linked HERE

  • Anyone who claims it's a canon character without it being documented here are probably lying! (but ask Professors if we forgot to add them)

Canon character ownership rules

  • All canon characters must be documented in the ML

  • Canon characters may not be redesigned or changed in any way without permission of the Headmaster or Deputy Headmaster.

  • Canon characters can be drawn and referenced in roleplaying or animatics any time.

  • Canon characters WILL be used in projects when the staff sees fit.

  • Trading or selling a canon character may not be done without Headmaster permission/notice!

  • The owner of the oc still owns them, but the oc is somewhat property of Aertox. (will be used in canon art, merch, stories, ext.)

  • Unless specified otherwise making an oc canon has a non-refundable 80 euro fee! (due to receiving free art or stories of the character from events or activities plus staff having to document everything about them.)

Punishments

  • Breaking any rules will result in staff removing them as a canon character!

  • If the rule breaking is repeated twice you will be blacklisted from canon-character ownership!

AI Generated Images

AI 'Art' will not be allowed

This community is not tolerant of the use of AI generated 'art', images, songs or any of that. being caught using AI for self-profit will result in punishments

Punishments

Depending on the severity of the usage of AI, you can be punished with the following; (which will be discussed with staff)

  • Warning

  • Strike

  • Temp ban

Registered Students

  • All Registered Students are documented on the Student List linked HERE

  • Anyone who claims they're a Registered Student without it being documented there are probably lying! (but ask Professors if we forgot to add them)

Registered Student rules

  • All Registered Students must be documented in the Students List

  • Registered Students are defined by the following (application still required): Boosting the discord, Donating monthly to TAC and or being devoted to TAC and having a certain level in the discord!

  • If a RS no longer boosts or quits their donation and is not proper levelled, they get removed from the RSL

  • To become a RS see THIS page!

Punishments

  • Breaking any rules will result in the Headmaster removing them as a Registered Student!
